Website User Terms
These terms govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Khala Technologies (“Khala”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms. Use of the Khala products themselves is governed by separate service agreements provided when you sign up; where those agreements conflict with these terms, the service agreements prevail for the relevant product.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data from it, or use it in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.
2. Khala ID and accounts
Where you create a Khala ID, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure — including your device, PIN and one-time passcodes — and for activity under your Khala ID. Notify us immediately at info@fskadvisory.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend access to protect you, other users or the Services.
3. Content and intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Khala name, wordmark, text, designs, graphics and software — are owned by or licensed to Khala Technologies and protected by law. You may view and print content for your own information, but may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
4. Information on the Site
Content on the Site is provided for general information about Khala and its products. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer of securities or a solicitation to invest. Product descriptions, features marked “coming soon” and roadmap statements describe current plans and may change without notice. Prices shown are current at the date of publication, exclusive of applicable taxes, and may change with notice.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
6. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude warranties of any kind in relation to the Site and will not be liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site.
